About the Role
As an Enrollment and Travel Support Specialist, you will manage and provide resources for the enrollment process, review applications, assign case managers, and support Emergency Family Member Travel orders. Your responsibilities will include tracking referrals, developing metrics, training Family Liaison Officers, and creating travel authorizations in the Defense Travel System.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of three years of real work experience in human resources.
- Full understanding of the program's eligibility criteria.
- Expertise in Joint Travel Regulation (JTR), travel policies, and the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in quality control/assurance of enrollment applications.
- Ability to perform under stress and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience in customer contact and confidentiality.
