About the Role
As the Enterprise ABM Programs Manager, you will establish the Enterprise ABM function from the ground up, setting the operating model, processes, reporting standards, and campaign approach. You will develop high-impact 1:1 and 1: Few ABM programs, design integrated campaigns across various channels, and work closely with Sales and Business Development to align strategies. Your role will also involve using data to track engagement and optimize program performance.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years in B2B demand generation or ABM roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience marketing to public sector audiences with complex and lengthy buying cycles.
- Hands-on experience executing 1:1 and/or 1: Few ABM programs.
- Strong experience using CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience with 6sense or other ABM intent platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure funnel performance and pipeline influence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
