About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, engaging with senior executives, and managing long sales cycles. You will have the opportunity to build a territory from the ground up and work directly with senior leadership to shape the U.S. go-to-market strategy.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex buying environments and engage with senior executives.
Preferred:
- Experience in leadership development or business transformation sectors.
- Strong understanding of strategic development frameworks and organizational performance solutions.

- OTE Year 1 $180,000+ including base and commission.
