- 5+ years Enterprise Contact Center/Telephony Sales Experience, AI or strong SaaS background
- 10+ years Enterprise Sales Experience
- Ability to lead and manage strategic and complex Enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
- Experience leading others with product/services training, demos, sales guides, and training materials
- Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Demonstrated experience in Channel networking and relationships
