About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will educate and lead partners through the Adyen for Platforms solution, focusing on global SaaS platforms and E-Commerce marketplaces. Your responsibilities include strategic consultation, project management, driving commercial discussions, and building strong customer relationships while serving as the voice of the customer internally.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management or consulting.
- Experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews.
