About the Role
As the Enterprise Applications Strategist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of applications, managing endpoint vulnerability remediation, monitoring application health, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Your tasks will include installing and maintaining core firm applications, coordinating updates, and providing Tier 2/3 support for application-related incidents.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in an Application Analyst, Endpoint Analyst, or similar IT role.
- Experience managing Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications, endpoint patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and RMM tools.
- Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience installing and supporting line-of-business applications in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with document management platforms.
- Experience supporting compliance-driven environments (SOC, ISO, internal controls).
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Power Automate or UiPath preferred).
