Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role involves developing and executing cloud-based enterprise architecture and strategic technology plans to support mission-critical operations.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide support for personnel at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM). Your responsibilities will include designing architecture frameworks, conducting risk assessments, managing Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), ensuring compliance with government standards, and leading the integration of systems and platforms.
About You
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ten (10+) years of architecture, cloud engineering, or technical leadership experience.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- The Open Group Architecture Framework Certification (TOGAF).
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- MS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
