Summary
Erickson Immigration Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the design, integration, and optimization of their technology ecosystem in Arlington, Virginia.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will align business strategy with technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce as the core platform. You will ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, manage data flows with client HRIS platforms, and drive initiatives around Master Data Management, Data Governance, Automation, AI, DevSecOps, and Release Management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with substantive work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in system integration, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Experience with finance/accounting systems, data warehouse solutions, and Microsoft Azure Services.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Evidence of EA or Salesforce knowledge via experience or certifications.
- Experience in professional services or legal industry environments.
- Knowledge of immigration law firm workflows and case management systems.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, Azure integration platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of .NET architecture.
