About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related commercial banking experience in credit and/or lending capacity.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a credit administration leadership position.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate degree in a related field.
- Working knowledge of current lending practices and policies.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
