Summary
Xylem is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves designing and guiding the evolution of enterprise-wide data architecture across both legacy and modern cloud platforms.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will develop and maintain an enterprise-wide data architecture framework, architect solutions across modern cloud platforms, lead integration of legacy systems, and define data flows and architecture blueprints supporting analytics and AI/ML initiatives. You will collaborate with various IT and business teams to ensure data is managed as a strategic asset and support governance initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture across both legacy and cloud-native environments.
- Expertise in Databricks, legacy BI & DBMS, and Azure Data Services.
Preferred:
- Expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, Datasphere) and CRM Platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
