About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a loan origination role with a focus on generating self-sourced purchase business.
- Strong knowledge of loan products including Conventional, Jumbo, and Government.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and document income, assets, and liabilities for loan qualification.
- Working knowledge of federal regulations governing real estate lending.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with FHA and HUD guidelines.
- Strong computer skills including MS applications.
- Solid time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide alternatives.
- Professional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
