About the Role
As an Enterprise Partner Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic resource for partners, leveraging your expertise to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with C-suite leaders, advising them on how Klaviyo can support their growth strategies. Your responsibilities will include articulating the value of Klaviyo's software, managing business development referrals, and driving collaboration across various teams within Klaviyo.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience.
- Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPICC).
- Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure.
Preferred:
- Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects.
- Strong consultative skills and knowledge of the Partner ecosystem.
