About the Role
As the Enterprise Risk Strategy & Insights Lead, you will transform complex risk inputs into executive-ready insights, develop materials for Board and senior leadership, identify emerging risk patterns, and drive improvements in risk reporting frameworks. You will also lead a small team to enhance enterprise risk insight capabilities.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk, risk advisory, strategy, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of non-financial risk domains (e.g., operational, technology, third-party).
- Demonstrated experience preparing materials for executive committees and/or Board-level audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, structured narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect disparate data points into coherent themes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing across senior stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a keen eye for accuracy, trends, and executive relevance.
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (COSO ERM, Basel, operational resilience).
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills—able to translate complex data and risk topics into clear, compelling stories for senior audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for quality, clarity, and executive impact.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
