About You
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, managing enterprise new business sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing sales talent.
- Ability to build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience selling to the office of CFO.
- Background in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
