Fraser is seeking an Entry Level – Work with Children! to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves working 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 years old, applying evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs.

As an Entry Level – Work with Children!, you will be responsible for implementing therapeutic goals, tracking progress, and engaging children in fun activities that help develop essential skills. You will foster a positive environment through play, movement, and communication with team members and families, while maintaining a clean and safe therapy space.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED required.
A passion for working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
Preferred:
A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related field.
Previous experience in childcare, mental health, or as a paraprofessional.
