As an Entry Level Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, assisting senior attorneys, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will also participate in client meetings to understand their needs and build relationships.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar or eligible for admission.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
