About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting small businesses. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from business partners, assessing client needs to present ADP solutions, closing sales in the field, collaborating with teams to meet sales goals, and serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador. The role involves selling cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically growing business within existing accounts.
About You
Required:
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- Strong time management skills and professional communication abilities in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
- Problem-solving skills with agility to find solutions in fast-paced change.
- Continuous learner mindset, always seeking growth and improvement.
- One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or a relevant industry, OR military experience.
Preferred:
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
