ADP is seeking an Entry Level B2B Sales Representative for Small Business Services to join their team in Troy, MI. The role focuses on identifying and signing new clients with 1-49 employees for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other solutions, while also selling additional services to existing clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting small businesses. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from business partners, assessing client needs to present ADP solutions, closing sales in the field, collaborating with teams to meet sales goals, and serving as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador. The role involves selling cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically growing business within existing accounts.

One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or a relevant industry, OR military experience.
