About the Role
As an Entry Level Manufacturing employee, you will receive two weeks of training to become comfortable with equipment and product quality standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and packaging finished products, following work instructions, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining safety and organization in the workplace. You will also participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
- Willing and able to work overtime.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift.
Preferred:
- Self-directed with good time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills for reporting issues and shortages.
- Attention to detail and proven attendance and quality track records.
