About the Role
As an Entry level Outside B2B Sales Representative, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. Your responsibilities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, and assessing client needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively to close sales and achieve sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards.
About You
Required:
Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
One to two years of prior work experience or internships in relevant industries, or military experience.
Preferred:
Prior quota-carrying experience.
Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
