BioLife Plasma Services is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. The role involves performing phlebotomy and screening plasma donors to support plasma center operations.
About the Role
As an Entry Level Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate donor records. You will also identify operational opportunities for improvement and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position requires 6-8 weeks of travel for training, with all expenses covered by the company.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. rarely.
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role.
Preferred:
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance.
