About the Role
As an Entry Level Process Engineer, you will analyze new product designs, plan and execute proof-of-process setups, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with Quality Control, optimize machine processes, and communicate with customers to meet their manufacturing needs. You will also assist in material selection, review engineering data, perform tool design, update technical documentation, and maintain inspection procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Solid foundation in mathematics and basic statistics.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and curious approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
