About the Role
As an Entry-Level Sales Apprentice, you will engage in door-to-door sales, introducing homeowners to pest control services. Your responsibilities include using a proven sales script, handling objections, and closing sales. You will work six days a week during the summer ramp, attend daily training sessions, and eventually manage your own sales territory while meeting quotas.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available full-time for the Summer 2026 ramp (approx. May–August, 6 days/week).
- Willing to relocate and live in shared housing with teammates during ramp.
- Comfortable with commission-only pay and long days outdoors.
- Reliable, coachable, and able to commit to the entire ramp period.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, customer service, or similar fields.
- Desire to pursue a long-term career in sales.
