Ronco is seeking an Entry-Level Strategic Account Manager to join their team in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on providing training and support in sales and customer service within the telecommunications industry.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Strategic Account Manager, you will complete a training program that includes in-person, virtual, and online courses. Your responsibilities will involve providing product demonstrations, performing mentored sales calls, generating new customers, and expanding business within the existing customer base. You will also be responsible for writing bid proposals, following up on sales leads, and maintaining accurate sales information through the ERP/CRM system.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math computation skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of products.
Preferred:
- Professional self-starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task completion.
- No previous sales experience is required.
