Summary
Isola Group is seeking an Environment Health Safety Manager to lead and advance EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites, primarily in Ridgeway, SC, with secondary responsibility in Chandler, AZ.
About the Role
As the Environment Health Safety Manager, you will be responsible for embedding a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance. You will collaborate with site-level EHS teams, support plant management, and align local efforts with global EHS strategies. Key responsibilities include leading EHS initiatives, overseeing compliance with regulations, guiding incident investigations, and coordinating safety training programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or matrixed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADEQ, RCRA, and state/local environmental regulations.
Preferred:
- ASP/CSP certification.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse plant leadership teams and functions.
- Experience managing compliance and driving improvements across geographically dispersed facilities.
