About the Role
As an Environmental Health Safety Specialist, you will work directly on the production floor to ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations, reduce workplace hazards, and promote a proactive, safety-first culture. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, leading incident investigations, training employees on safety protocols, and maintaining EH&S documentation.
About You
Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of EH&S or safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, machine guarding, LOTO, and hazard communication.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (or ability to obtain).
- Experience with industrial ergonomics, machine guarding, and contractor safety.

- Base salary range of $83,100–$110,600.
