Summary
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Supervisor (weekend 2nd) to lead the daily operations of the Environmental Monitoring functional department in Bloomington, IN.
About the Role
As the Environmental Monitoring Supervisor, you will provide guidance and leadership to Quality Technicians, prioritize workloads, conduct interviews and performance reviews, set departmental policies and goals, and participate in audits as a Subject Matter Expert. You will also perform statistical analysis of microbiological data and respond to trends appropriately.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a physical science, preferably in Microbiology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise software such as JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise.
