About the Role
As an Environmental Services Associate 1, you will report to the Environmental Services Manager and be responsible for cleaning patient areas, transporting hazardous and recyclable waste, and maintaining public and support areas. You will also be involved in linen transport and may assist with emergency requests, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and promoting a positive image of the health center.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read and understand signs, warning notices, and work instructions.
- Physical ability to withstand frequent or prolonged lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of proper chemical dilution ratios and cost-saving recommendations.
