About You
- High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of prior experience in functional area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately follow procedures and complete documentation.
- Physically able to perform site walks, climb stairs or ladders, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
- 1-2 years of experience in an environmental, EHS, or industrial operations role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with lithium-ion battery manufacturing materials and related environmental considerations.
- Basic knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations such as RCRA, CWA, CAA, and EPCRA.
- Exposure to or experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Experience with environmental inspections, spill response, or emergency protocols.
