About You
- Four-year degree in business management or engineering with 4+ years of management experience, or a two-year technical school graduate with 8+ years of similar leadership experience.
- 7+ years of experience in parts, service, or shop repair departments, preferably with Caterpillar equipment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced software skills, including Microsoft Suite and CAT software systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to administer warranties.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and interpreting policies.
