About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-driven financial insights platform, fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders, managing risks, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. You will also champion ethical AI and compliance, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional software products or platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven product development from concept to deployment.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership and judgment.
- Solid technical fluency in AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and model architectures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with financial technology (FinTech) or data-intensive products.
