About the Role
As an EPIC Analyst-Level 3, you will work closely with vendors and end-users to enhance software, test system upgrades, coordinate test plans, and act as a liaison between the user community and IT. You will also lead cross-functional meetings and train new staff while managing project plans and addressing critical issues.
About You
Required:
- BS or BA in a healthcare-related field or business.
- Epic certification in area of concentration.
- 5 years as an Epic Builder with increasing responsibility.
- Experience with two Epic major releases or go-lives.
Preferred:
- Ability to lead groups of clinicians including medical staff, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Strong analytical skills to translate clinical workflow into functional build processes.
