About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree or license/certification in a clinical specialty.
- Active Epic certification in the required application/module at time of hire (external applicants) or obtain certification within 120 days of hire (internal applicants).
- Strong understanding of home health and hospice clinical workflows and patient experiences.
- Strong understanding of Home Health and Hospice billing office functions and processes.
- Understanding of intake, referrals, and authorization/certification workflows.
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with Epic counterparts.
- Willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Ability to persevere in difficult situations and manage stressful work conditions.
- Certification, experience, or proficiency in Epic modules: Dorothy Home Care and Dorothy Comfort.
- Experience with PIH Health clinical workflows.
- Experience with Home Health and Hospice documentation and workflows.
