About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in provider revenue cycle operations in a health care provider, consulting, or technology vendor environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Epic Patient Access modules, including Epic Cadence, Epic ADT, and Epic Prelude.
- 3+ years of experience translating business and operational requirements into Epic system design.
- 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and small teams on multi-disciplinary revenue cycle projects.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- 2+ years of consulting experience delivering Epic-enabled revenue cycle transformations.
- 2+ years of experience improving revenue cycle KPIs.
- Experience with Epic HB/Professional Resolute Billing and claim edit workqueues.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL or dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with hospital and physician patient accounting or billing systems such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Soarian.
- Master's degree in business or a health care field.
