About the Role

As an Epic Professional Billing Analyst, you will work within an engagement team to support project goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting in low-level design, operational discussions, building, testing, and migrating Epic builds, as well as providing go-live support. You will communicate regularly with Engagement Managers and project team members, ensuring effective collaboration across functional and technical teams.

About You

Required:

Current Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing
Experience in Epic implementation or enhancement processes
Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Hospital or Clinic operations experience
Additional Epic Certifications
ITIL process knowledge
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
