- 4+ years of Epic Steady State Support
- Must have an active Epic Professional Billing Certification
- Excellent documentation and verbal skills
- Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average
- Epic Claims certification
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
