About the Role

As an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Systems Analyst, you will demonstrate proficiency in understanding computer systems and applications, gather data, and devise solutions to client issues. You will create detailed specifications and documentation, communicate effectively with clients, and support multiple work efforts. Your responsibilities will include defining system requirements, preparing documentation for application changes, and providing technical expertise in the supported application. You will also participate in system selection processes and ensure compliance with information security policies.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
Epic Certification or Proficiency in Resolute Professional Billing.

Preferred:

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related Health Care field.
Two to five years relevant experience within a healthcare environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Professional Billing workflows.
