About You
- Current Epic Willow certification (Inpatient, Ambulatory, and Inventory) is required.
- 3-8 years of Epic application support experience in Willow.
- Demonstrated experience supporting application build, maintenance, and testing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of clinical or operational Epic workflows.
- Experience collaborating with interface teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Understanding of HIPAA, security, and regulatory standards in healthcare.
