About the Role

As an Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist, you will work within an engagement team to support project goals and objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing system design, assisting in low-level design and operational discussions, and providing go-live support. You will also lead meetings, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional communication with team members and end users.

About You

Required:

Current Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient
5+ years of experience with EPIC Willow Inpatient
Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10%, on average.

Preferred:

Hospital or Clinic operations experience
Additional Epic Certifications
ITIL process knowledge
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
