- Current Epic Beacon Certification
- 3+ years of recent experience with an implementation
- Minimum of 3 years of Epic build and support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Superior communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work experience or direct knowledge of the clinical area or business area to be supported
