About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, employment law, or discrimination investigations.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local EEO and anti-discrimination laws.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
