About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of equipment leasing industry sales experience focused on end-user relationships.
- Proven leasing sales capability and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid background selling tax-oriented and non-tax equipment finance products.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of financial and credit analysis.
- Working knowledge of computer-based pricing models and CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to apply sound judgment and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Benefits
- Base salary range: $125k – $175k annually.
- Eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
