About the Role
As an Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting technical and logistic research using Navy policies and procedures, coordinating shipping and receiving actions with various stakeholders, analyzing documents, and providing written reports of findings. You will also operate material handling equipment to manage material storage and delivery.
About You
Required:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Experience understanding configuration management, parts cannibalization, maintenance, preservation, packaging, and storage.
- Experience providing technical and logistic research along with material management services.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
- 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
