About the Role
As an Equipment Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a team of technicians, ensuring safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your daily tasks will include managing maintenance schedules, optimizing equipment performance, conducting data analysis, and improving automation processes. You will also oversee the working environment of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of automation, PLC, and robotics.
- Experience in semiconductor, display manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of conveying systems, equipment maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of solar cell production.
- Capable of understanding and modifying the PLC system.
