About You
- High school diploma or G.E.D. and 7 years of hands-on experience synthesizing research with equity tools.
- Working knowledge of organizational human-centered design, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Experience applying research and evaluation methods in government or public-sector settings.
- Experience facilitating learning and statistical analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
