About You
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
- Minimum of 4 years working with ERP LN, specifically in ERP LN Service including service contract management and service billing.
- Proficiency in ERP LN application configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to service management, service invoicing, maintenance scheduling, and field service operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Certification in ERP LN.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
