Summary
Roush is seeking an ERP Manager - PeopleSoft to join their team remotely. The role involves strategic and tactical planning for the user community, particularly in Finance, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
About the Role
As an ERP Manager, you will support, mentor, and manage the ERP team, prioritize and execute major ERP projects, act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, manage daily support requirements, ensure business continuity processes, and lead ERP staff recruitment and retention activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related IT field.
- 10 years’ experience in working on ERP systems, preferably Peoplesoft, within a manufacturing and/or services vertical.
- 7 years’ experience in leading ERP teams.
- U.S. citizen under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance.
- Experience and knowledge with Peoplesoft architecture, including PeopleTools and Fluid User Interface.
- Solid understanding of key EDI transactions used within the automotive vertical.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. NIST 800-171, GDPR).
- Knowledge of a project management solution such as MS Project.
- Knowledge of Visio or similar diagramming software.
