About the Role
As an ES M&A Compensation Data Manager, you will be the analytical point person for compensation matters during M&A processes, from due diligence through integration. Your responsibilities include compensation analysis and mapping, advanced data management, reporting and visualization, operational delivery, project management for compensation integration, and stakeholder enablement.
About You
Required:- 5+ years of expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for working with large datasets.
- Expert capability in using data visualization tools like Tableau.
Preferred:- Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR technology platforms.
- Familiarity with developing HR compensation programs and global/local labor laws.
