About the Role
As an ESG and Supply Chain Governance Specialist, you will integrate ESG goals into supply chain strategies, conduct risk assessments, implement supplier ESG assessments, and drive initiatives to decarbonize the supply chain. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and develop training programs on ESG best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, business, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, ESG, sustainability, supplier quality, or risk management roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and supply chain compliance standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Compliance functions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a global manufacturing, technology, or industrial environment.
- Experience with supplier audits, risk scoring tools, and data platforms related to ESG and sustainability.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
