Blue Ridge Associates is seeking an ESOP Reviewer to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves quality review of all steps of the ESOP administration process for a professional services firm specializing in retirement plan administration.
About the Role
As an ESOP Reviewer, you will be responsible for managing a complex ESOP review caseload, ensuring quality and compliance in the administration of ESOPs. You will work independently while maintaining professional relationships with clients and resolving technical problems. The position offers flexibility with remote work options and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years' experience in ESOP administration and reviewing the work of other ESOP administrators.
- Experience with compliance testing such as IRC 404 deduction testing, IRC 415 annual additions testing, and IRC 409(p) anti-abuse testing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- Possess or working towards QPA or QKA certification.
- Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication, organization, and time-management skills.
