About the Role
As an Estate Sales and Relocation Specialist, you will work independently or as part of a team to sort and handle clients' items for relocation, resale, donation, recycling, or disposal. Your responsibilities will include using smartphones or tablets to list items for resale, assisting buyers during estate sale pickups, and maintaining a positive and respectful communication with clients and co-workers. You will also assist with daily work site setup and cleanup, ensuring a smooth operation while following company guidelines and safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Age 18+ with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, warehouse, cleaning, moving, or general labor.
- Strong communication skills, patience, compassion, and respect for interacting with clients.
